FlowIT develops and delivers ProjectFlow
FlowIT is the company behind the product ProjectFlow 365. We were established in 1999, and are owned by 10 employees and the chairman of the board. We are in total 18 employees in our offices in Odense.
We are passionate about raising the ability of organizations to select, and implement projects efficiently, using our simple and user-friendly IT solution. That is why we have developed ProjectFlow 365.
ProjectFlow 365 is a flexible project and portfolio management tool that is easy to use with a high degree of scalability and options for customization and integration.
FlowIT is a Microsoft partner, and our products are based on Microsoft technology with close integration to Office 365 and operation in Microsoft’s cloud.
We provide a software tool for project and portfolio management, so that our customers can prioritize the projects, implement them efficiently and get the projects in the air earlier. Resources are saved and the gains from the projects are realized earlier.
To this end, we have developed the IT solution ProjectFlow, which we integrate closely with Microsoft 365. ProjectFlow is a flexible project and portfolio management tool that is easy to use with a high degree of scalability and options for customization and integration.
Our consultants help our clients with advice, customization and integration.
At the ProjectFlow user forum, we gather our customers in a fellow community to exchange experiences, and thus discuss how we can generally enhance selected processes such as project management, portfolio management, resource management and time registration.

While many IT companies are sold to private equity funds and other large IT companies, FlowIT in Odense has chosen another way.
FlowIT has expanded the number of shareholders, so that the company from March 2021 are owned by 10 employees and the Chairman of the Board through his company.

Our story begins back in 1999, when Lars T. Olsen started FlowIT with a vision to develop user-friendly IT-tools to create “flow” in the processes. His vision became a reality, and today FlowIT delivers our own home developed product – ProjectFlow – for Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management and Time Registration as well as Microsoft 365 solutions, which optimizes project work and collaboration in many private and public organizations.
Lars started in 1999 alone as a freelance consultant, and in 2001 Karsten Ley Poulsen joined the company as a partner – and second employee – with focus on sales, marketing and administration. Since then, many more employees and customers have joined in.
This continued until the year 2021, when Karsten bought Lars’ shares, and a few months later sold some of the shares on to employees who wanted to be shareholders. FlowIT is therefore today owned by 10 employees and our Chairman of the Board Mogens Nielsen through his company.
Today we are 18 employees who are passionated about creating results and valuable project management solutions together with our customers.
